Very disappointed in the crew that was sent to give an estimate on installing ceiling fans in my sunroom. They told me that they couldn’t install fans on the aluminum roof (which I already knew). They failed to even discuss a way to resolve the problem. I suggested a cross beam, but they said they don’t do that. They were going to give my information to there roofing guy and see if he knows an away to add support to the roof. Needles to say have not heard anything back. They weren’t even here 5 minutes! Precision One Services Inc in Beaumont, CA delivered an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Both of our AC units had developed loud noises due to 18 year age and failing bearings, so we called them out for service. Communication was top-tier from the beginning. They checked in consistently via email and text at every stage of the process, and they clearly laid out all of our repair options without ever exerting any high-pressure sales tactics. Shortly after their initial visit, I received a detailed quote, followed by a realistic lead time on the parts. When the parts arrived, they called immediately, and once I gave the green light, they were at the house within 30 minutes! My wife and I were both at work, but the technicians were accommodating enough to let themselves in through the side gate while our 18-year-old son greeted them. Our son mentioned that the technicians were completely professional and "chill" while working. They finished the job quickly and successfully. The loud noises are completely gone, the fans are running smoothly, and our home is cooling much more effectively than before. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Awesome team!! Called them on Saturday, they squeezed us in. Gave us an honest quote. Came back on Monday, was able to repair and replace everything in one day. All the ducts and the coil. Should have taken 2 days, they got it done in 1!!! Recommend this team of guys!!! Thank you for everything!!
